Finally...the 1800's

Went on a hunt this saturday with forum member Tonyaz, at a 100 year old
house site in Needles, Ca. of all places ! & heres what I found. State of Utah
first year of statehood celebration pendant, dated July 2-4 1896. Seems to
be made of copper,has a green patina. Also one 1944 wheatie. The 1950
mohave county dog tag was found by Tonyaz on a hunt 2 weeks ago. :yes:

It's a great piece of history. The dog tag is also a neat find.

Good finds I would keep hitting up that spot. With the wheatie you know that there may be silver there too. I found a 1910 dog tax tag, they are cool finds, good pieces of americana.
