Trying to squeak a few more out of a lot that is in the process of being sold and then a house will be built there. I rescued a few from being hauled off in a dump truck or who knows what.

Love finding those , and the scrape marks is a story in itself. Very cool, makes a guy wonder what the soldiers were thinking about while killing time carving on some lead.

I have that same exact item somewhere, let me find it.

I found mine about 3 years ago at an old homesite and i have always dreamed that it is part of an old musket or civil war rifle
