I have one, it works great in grass with lots of runners, it slices right through them. It's also small and easy to carry. I like it better than my Lesche, until I cut slots in my Lesche so it would cut on both sides, and sharpened the blade. Now that think cuts like a dream and the Miracle Grow digger (like yours) is a backup. The one you have there does flex but it seems to spring back.

Bought one at Lowes been two years. Works great in grass and soft dirt not so good in hard or rocky ground. I use mine for yards and parks works great for that.
