MX SPORT, is it good for beach hunting?

I will admit, I took a good hard look at it when it was first introduced..then passed...theres no 'there there' from what I can see..no more capable with any sort of advantage over an AtPro or any generic quick dry sand single freak introductory rig broomer......Just saying...I wanted to, had high hopes, Love the Co heritage and Brand, but I couldnt justify the numbers based upon the first adopters in field results....in the end, thats all that really matters...Time and Gold wait for nobody...

Beach hunting freshwater yes but not salt water. Is a great all-around detector but if you're looking to do saltwater hunts you might want to look at a multi frequency unit.

MS Sport is great for fresh water, but not so hot in salt water. Salt is conductive and plays havoc on single frequency machines.
