Balance? Deus vs Tesoro

Is the deus with 9" coil similar in balance to a Tesoro micromax with an 8" coil?
Just curious about coil weight and balance with the extra electronics and battery on the deus. Thanks. Noah

I handled a compadre a few weeks ago,,and a Cibola last week.
I think the Deus is very similar to them-9" coil.

I have a Deus and several Tesoro's and the balance and weight is about the same with same size coils. Put a 5.75 concentric on a Tesoro and they feel like your swinging nothing.

Thanks. All I have is Tesoros. Couple of friends have at pro and fisher f5. After using my little Tesoros those things felt like tanks. Think if I were to ever get a digital machine it would be deus. The whole compact wireless setup is intriguing.Thanks for the info.

Put a little coil on it and it's like waving a stick around, no weight whatsoever. I too am going with a Deus lite for next summer.
