It would not grade from a third party grader like PCGS or NGC because the coin looks corroded which is common for dug coins, especially nickels. So it would get a "details" grade with environmental damage, meaning the details of the coin and what it might grade if not damaged. This is done to appease the people paying for the coin to be graded. Technically if it's damaged, it can't be accurately assigned a numerical grade. So this would be close to G4 details or so, maybe a little higher IMO.
