Well, I found a good trick to get some silver since the boxes of half dollars have been skunks. I bring just over $100 of them to TD bank since I know the 1/2 dollar bag is full at $100 and they'll have to open the machine and change the bag.
I use this as my chance to gather up all the stragglers that don't get counted and for some reason don't make it into the reject chute. Lot's of foreign coins, chuck e. cheese tokens, and 2 1964 silver quarters (1 on Sat. & 1 today).
Knew theses damn halves would get me some silver eventually.
