Found this on an old farm in MD. It was rusty! Derusted it using electrolysis and then used a wire wheel brush. Any ideas? There was a rusty chain on it that fell off and disintegrated upon removal. It’s thinner on the inside. It’s tapers in. It’s magnetic.

Maybe a bearing race? Or perhaps a spacer from between cultipacker wheels? Hard to tell.
