I lost my bounty hunter tracker IV battery door. does anyone know where I could get a new one?

I've been searching the net, but nothing.

1-800-413-4131 Bounty Hunter Customer Service number. I have contacted them numerous times and they have always had the parts to ship. They will charge for most though.
