How long does it usually take American Recycling to send you a check? This was the first time I've sent them gold and platinum, but it has been over 3 weeks, and I haven't heard a thing.

You are allowed to call them back and see if they ever received your package. Once that's confirmed, they will be able to answer your other questions. Good luck! : )

Yes call them for sure 1-800-216-9796.
It usually only takes me a roughly 10 days. I called one time when it was taking a little longer and they had to get things straight.

I kept in touch with them the whole way with requested e mails that they sent me in a timely matter and phone calls that they answered every time.
Just call them and ask about your status.

You can also ask for an advance when you send it in. Just put the request in writing.
They will send you a check for 90% the DAY they receive it and send you the other 8% and the stones after they refine it.
I hope you get your answer on Monday. I am really surprised it took them that long. I send my packages 2 day air with tracking and no insurance. I have never had a problem in over 6 years.

My returns have always been about two weeks, give or take a day. Hope you hear something soon.
