Sunday hunt at the girls school

Another Sunday another rainy day. I drove up to the school this morning and I got soaking wet and could only stand it for about 45 mins but before I left I did manage to find a 1904 barber quarter and a 1905 barber dime. I took the 30 min drive back home and waited out the rain. It stopped raining at 12 so I drove back up there and got in a nice 4 and half hour hunt. I did not find a lot but I got some wheaties a 1902 V nickle and two mercs. One of them was another 1916 but no mint mark

Four Silvers and a V is not much, your getting spoiled. I admire your dedication on going back after the rain but why would you not. That site is dynamite. You have a honey hole that you will be pounding for a long time. Congrats on the Barbers and Merc's in another very successful outing. Jack

I did not mean that I did not find some good stuff. I meant is that in the return trip as far as amount I did not find as much as previous hunts. I may have to pick another yard as I've pounded the front yard pretty good.

Was not meant as a criticism but as a bit of a ribbing that obvious came off bad.. You have a fantastic site and I'm sure we all on here are jealous or at least full of envy of you. You production has been great as you cover the site and your numbers are impressive. Just keep at it and keep sharing and I will try to use my wit a bit better. Again Congrats! Jack

oh I did not take your comment as being spiteful at all, but yes I have gotten spoiled:sly: I'll come down to reality come the 7th when the girls come back to school. I'm hoping to gain access for the summer!
