I gave myself the nick of my detector at the time of registering.

This name is very irrelevant at the moment.... I since then moved from the Garrett to Minelab, had an E-Trac and recently received my CTX... I now know that calling yourself by a name of a model, was not one of my greatest ideas.

Anyway, can I change that without losing my "full member" status?

It is just annoying me to be called GTP by fellow members (whom I can't blame) :)

A little known fact around here is that the mods take bribes to do this if you ask them nicely.
Baked goods work the best, but avoid Rudy because he will also make you detail both of his cars, too.
Pick your next name very carefully because the next time you will have to send a dollar to all the members to do this again.
