Having another go at bottle digging

Nice video! If you're using a video camera to film it may have a "wind cut" feature (my 3 JVC cams do).

Some great bottles there but I cringe to think you're unearthing those with your bare hands. When I started at 15 years old I was reaching into the hole to retrieve bottles and then feeling my fingers being sliced under the dirt, uggh! Gloves &/or a spade are a must. The best advice I can give you still is *a probe*. And, do you worry that other bottle hunters will see your dumps via your videos and plunder them before you can dig them?

Lol! He had a new thread with a You Tube video saying he found 3 more old bottle dumps and had picked a few nice old bottles out, and asked for more tips.

I don't know what happened but I see it has vanished.:shock::shrug:

There it's back. :yes:
