Lead Toy Soldier

Lately I’ve been running out of spots to metal detect, so I decided to search my backyard. I found this toy appropriately 6 inches underground. It shocked me because it still had color on the back. In the past, I have found bullets, casings, and parts of old lanterns in the same area of my backyard. Could there have been an old campsite?

Thats exactly what I was thinking. Probably a chess piece and maybe a kid was playing with it when it got lost.
