Hanging up metal detecting for the summer

I feel your pain. I am 3 1/2 months into a total knee replacement. Doing really well except I think I can now do everything I used to do, WRONG! I push to much and I pay for it, just gotta learn to back off and give it time to heal. I am not a patience person
