Li-on battery 3.7v 18650 holder for Minelab explorer / e-trac and other

Hi! I have made holder for li-on 18650 battery. It amazing thing, need only three battery. and capacity of 2700mah are almost enough for 5 days.
made for battery size 18mm X 65mm

also lithium batteries don't have a “memory effect”. you can charge it when you want. don't need to discharge battery like NiMH
one battery 18650 3200mah cost 4-5usd. or you can get battery from old notebook battery(ordinary six 18650 in one)
you no longer need dozens of AA batteries :gimmy:

thanks. layer 0.2mm. I don't want print about 8-9 hours with 0.05mm layer for smooth shape

yes. but I am from Ukraine. And don't know shipping cost and how you can pay for this( maybe swift or visa card) . the price with shipping can be 25 usd or more . (((

Really nice work. Aren't those the lithium batteries that catch on fire, if you aren't careful about how you charge them, or if they are over-discharged? I've wanted to use those batteries for other things, but not to sure about chargers and protection circuits, and a potentially costly, or fatal mistake. The 18650 size batteries a pretty common, flashlights, R/C helicopters, but I use the chargers supplied, protection built in.

you need to use protection board, on ali a lot of them. and better don't leave alone charger.

in metal detector battery don't over-discharged. voltage drops to 3-3.3v and device turn off

The Batteries referenced 18650 (18mm Diameter x 65mm Long) are available in 3.7 Volt and 4.2 Volt on Ebay in various MAh Ratings, along with chargers. These are the same batteries used in many "Vape" devices, so they could possibly be acquired there also. Price can vary widely, so use your own judgment.

Hi! 18650 all shows 4.2v when full charge.

I send holder with one charger based on TP4056 with microUSB.

one holder already came in US(ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS), Processed Through Facility) take 3 days to get there from Ukraine. Will see how long time take whole delivery
