Truebrit, no i was into artifacts and happened to find an old house site in my inlaws horse pasture. Burrowed a detector and found a large cent as my first coin! Then started doing research and finding old sites to search. i have found the more research you do the older and better finds you make. What a great hobby we have!!!!
