I had some pop up in my city yard 40'x40' lot last year. I hunted all sorts of acres in West MI and didn't find any and boom... my yard rewarded me. Anyone in the GR area... let me know and we'll go shroomin'

Lower Michigan, I’ve found many patches, but never again in the same spot. Should be spores, so what’s up wit dat?

Didn't see it mentioned, but if you go huntin', carry your finds in a mesh onion sack (not a plastic bag). That way you can drop spores as you walk.
