It was such a nice cool morning I decided to go to our local beach. It isn't a very big beach, but decided to give it a try since they recently built a new boat ramp and made repairs to the beach area itself. I was quite surprised to find a 1944 Walking Liberty Half Dollar along with a couple wheaties. I'm guessing they dug up the sand and replaced it after the work was done which brought older deeper targets to the surface. It's bent, but I'll take it..
