I have done some checking and most public beachs are open from the dune line into water except on the east coast where some treasure recovery leases are. Even then the beach from dune line to water is open . DO NOT GO INTO WATER it is a felony and patrolled heavilly. G o at low tide on these beaches with leases. Check for updates on local and state laws since they do change from time to time.
