Got out this afternoon for a dig in the nice 81 degree weather. I decided to go back to where I found some large cents and a king George copper and was hoping to score another. I didn't find what I expected to find though. I got a really bouncy signal on the at pro and decided to dig it. Popped the plug and saw a silver rim. Thinking it would be a seated or a capped bust I grabbed it before I could take an in situ picture. Instead, I saw FDR. 1961 Rosie. It's UGLY too! Ah well, silver is silver! Then 3 feet over I get the SAME bouncy signal. 82......86....87...79.. Well. I decide to do a live dig, thinking I might get another silver. Nope, it was a penny. Figures, I've never been able to get a live dig on silver. But all in all, at least I didn't get skunked! HH everyone!
