What some might think is an arm cuff is actually a sight system. You line the coil up in the middle of the rear sight so you hit your target more accurately. :lol:

That would be a rather large built-in pinpointer
 
If you rotate the picture so that the girl is at the bottom then that coil object would just be the umbrella. As you swing she could just be saying "beep beep" when ever the mini detector in her back pocket goes over a target :). The arm cuff would then be in the proper position.

I thought that same thing too.....use the cuff to line up the target with the coil. New pin-pointing technique..........who would have known. :cheer:
