Went out today back to bullet beach hoping to find some low spots with the Nor'easter but was disappointed by a huge hill of sand that was still there. So headed to another spot and started hearing a small area of targets. Pulled out a bunch of coins that are tumbling but no jewelry.
However! I did find these cool bullets! I've found many like this lately near that area but never with concretion on them. Just how long does it take for that rock to build up around a bullet?
When I found them they were completely covered in rock and I had no idea that it was a bullet inside. I decided instead of whacking them with a hammer that I'd tumble them for a short bit and was happy to see the results. THESE ARE NEAT!!
