ive been getting soild quarter singles and when i dig em they turn out to be wheat pennies ... just like to know if that is normal for the dfx ?????:D

I had a DFX - nice md. I know that the VDI numbers for all of my pre 84 pennies, and wheats is 77 with Quarters at 83 consistantly. The only time I get a higher VDI is when there's a penny and nickel or nickel and quarter, etc. in the same hole. What happens when you run them in air test?

Thanks

Yes, deep, green wheat pennies often VDI like a quarter on my DFX (and the V3i).
