I found a set belonging to a Connor,Benjamin R. While in Va. Beach.

I think they are supposed to be returned to the US gov. A call to your nearest military base or recruiter would probably give you the answer.

Just take them to a recruiting station and give them to the recruiting seargant.

I did a military.com search and only came up with one Connor, Benjamin R, looks like he is an E-1 Army Reserve from CT. Might want to give that a try, I tried to look for a way to contact him via email, but there was nothing on there for it.

Hmm Thats really close to where I live. (Hampton)

Also Yeah, try the recruiting station. They will take them, and if not direct you where to take them.
