Hello all! I got a few gift cards at Christmas and after my daughter lost a charm off her necklace I thought I would get a detector. Bought a Bounty Hunter Lone Star but it stunk at the beach sooo upgraded to Simplex+. No regrets I am looking for places to hunt in SE Texas. I have done some beach detecting but not much luck this time of year. Found a bit of change mostly pennies and a couple of unspent bullets.

You will enjoy the Simplex+. Really great (above average starter detector).

Proves my suspicions that a lot of low end detectors get people into the hobby and soon will upgrade to a better detector.

The simplex will do you well for many years.
