I found this yesterday when I was detecting.
I remember finding these as a kid also.
Can anyone identify it?

Reminds me of part of a trilobite fossil. I used to find them as a kid.

These don't seem that elaborate, but who knows?

I never found a whole specimen. Those pictures are not representative of what I ever found, but I did find pieces of them that looked similar to yours. But you're right, who knows?
