A big Kudos to Tesoro customer service!

Just got a brand new Mojave a few weeks ago and noticed that it was much more chatty than my compadre. At first I thought that maybe that's how it's supposed to run. But then one day I wiggled the wire where it enters the coil and it falsed with each movement. I followed the directions on how to send it back from Tesoro's website and sent it in. Rusty left me a voicemail when he received and said it was indeed a bad coil and that it was coming back to me that day. I got it back today (a day earlier than he said) and put it back together and it runs as smooth as can be and I think from the quick test on my test garden that it's actually a little hotter than before...if that's possible. I'm really happy with Tesoro's customer service! They even sent me a spare battery door! Here's a pic, look at the handwritten card...who does something like that anymore??
