day 2 at the lake pulltab city and maiden voyage for my new stealth 720

Due to the flat top design of the bucket the Stealth scoops are a real bear to drag. When signals were few and far between I used to keep mine slung over my left shoulder with the scoop up and the handle down. It does take one heck of a bite of sand! ;)

I didnt notice that but what do I know
I borrowed a friends aluminum RTG and it didn't drag well at all it would fill up with sand ad get really heavy

Looks like a good hunt! With numbers like that you'll be posting gold. Just a matter of time!
720 is a great scoop I love mine. I was open to the RTG aluminum with SS tip, but it's only about 1/2pound lighter than the 720 with handle and I'm kicking into brutal lake rock for hours on end, so it's full SS or go home.
Oh, plus the diamond shape pointy end really helps guiding through rocks.
