I spent about 5 hours hunting an late 1800's farm house site. The house is gone & the site is now part of a hay field. Pleasant to hunt, on a knoll with a pleasant view. I will try to attach a picture .
I am still pretty much a newby , so I will continue to dig all targets. I used an Ace 350 for this bunch, but prefer to use my White's XLT. I have permission to hunt a few very rural sites in upstate South Carolina. I don't think there is a lot of potential to find much of real value, as most people in my part of the world didn't have much to lose in the first place.
