Found this in a sidewalk strip downtown in Tuscaloosa. I cannot find it on the umc site. This block of strips has been very good to me. Turtlefoot and fellow headstampers what do you think??

I dug a few of those recently myself .
I think they were from the latter part of the 1800s to 1911.
But I could be wrong.
I have no idea how old mine are either

The Star, 1884-1890, and the New Club, depending on the variations 1892-1910...... According to Doug's website.....

It is a very nice find. I cannot add anything that has not already been said except it is the first "named" line of shells that UMC produced.
