Thought I'd search a small "pocket park" in town today. Figured it had been searched heavily since there are so many detectorists around here, but why not. Best hunt of my detecting career! 1st 3 coins were silver, merc, rosie, merc. Figured it couldn't get any better, but was surprised by a silver Canadian quarter, another merc and finally a small silver ring. Also found a large brass skeleton style key (not pictured) and a 1943 Canadian nickel. In addition, found the requisite clad - 7 quarters, 15 dimes, 2 nickels and a hand full of toasted zincolns.

Some pictures are attached. Apologize in advance since they're not the best. Happy hunting.

Looks like everybody was making the same wrong assumption about a small pocket park being hunted out by now. Nice!
