I have some dental scrap and I am looking for suggestions on cashing it in. I have been suggested to send it in to have it melted into an ingot and then have it analyzed for the precious metals present. At that time, I can get a certificate stating the weight and the percentages of each precious metal present, and I can contact refiners to sell the ingot for the best price. Is this the best way to go about it? Any reputable companies that are suggested? I appreciate any help!
