Virginia Beach permit ?

Hey guys,
Do you guys happen to know where i can get the beach permit at ?
I was hoping to get out there today ,thanks in advance for any advice !
Im so addicted,LOL !!! MD'ing is like poison ivy, its an itch that one just has to scratch !!

I've been hitting it hard for the past couple of months no said nothing to me besides anything good. I always tell them nope waiting for you to drop it :laughing:
