Found in 1930's school. There was an auditorium near by. Was thinking it's a stage prop? or civil war button? it says HCHARPER PHILA on the back.

Henry C. Harper, Philadelphia. From 1887-1900 he was with Wood, Brown & Co., dry goods, at 824 Market St. He had an Army contract in his own name on Aug. 14, 1888 for 250 gross of uniform & coat buttons & 1,000 gross shirt buttons.
