Hey guys, this is my half of the hunt with Vic today. It was straight hole digging for almost 5 hours, and I stayed an extra hour after Vic left. lol. I'm so tired and going to bed.

Coins:
silver GW, rosie, merc (in the house fire), war nickel,
16 wheats (oldest 1916) many wheat spills
49 and 51 nickels (spill)
clad on right side

tokens:
3 shell tokens, all different presidents (including different than the 3 Vic found, we assume some kid lost most or all of his collection)

Relics:
2 pocket knives, model t valve stem cover, various jewelry, monogrammed matchbook case (I think?) various buckles, 3 buttons (spill) 2 are navy and (one has a flying pelican or heron?) complete lead drummer figure, and all sorts of other bits and bobs. This is all I could fit in the pic and the best of it. lol

Any idea what the crown and cross piece is from? Very, very thin copper with a silver wash. Rang up like a nickel. I broke part of the edge off while rubbing.

That place was loaded. You both got a ton of coins and relics! Nice.

Thanks Jerry. We couldn't believe all the targets between the standing 1890's Victorian and burned down house. It was mostly all in one section!

What a great permission you two had JD. You both had banner weeks in one hunt. Really loved that you posted your finds here on the forum. Congrats on the 4 Silver's, a ton of Wheat's and all those relic's, I like the Match Case and the buttons. Look forward to you posting more of your digs in the future. Trapper
