Found on gulf coast beach in Florida. Someone is probably heartbroken.
I'm not sure how to find owner.
I'm not on facebook etc.
Anybody want to be a good Samaritan ?

Likely your best bet is to post on Craigslist lost and found. Im an East coaster but hopefully you get some luck finding the owner.

It is very possible it was thrown in the Ocean on purpose.. sort of a burial at sea.

Not sure I would want to contact anyone. I would maybe just Say a Prayer and throw it back far enough it doesn't come back in. that's a tough one..

yeah tough one.. However, that's sorta what I have planned for my last trip so if you had found my tag, I'm sure the missus would not want to have it returned and have to go through all of that sorrow and pain all over again..

Tough call..

You might try seeing if the news will do a story on it. I've searched for several urn jewelry pieces and every one of the owners was heart broken. Though it's possible this one was not, there's no harm in going the extra mile to try to find the owner. It just might turn into one of the most touching and rewarding returns ever for you.
