Just wanted to give a shout to Mary in their customer service. My ACE 400 started having issues with the buttons. Within an hour she emailed me a return shipping label and sent me out a new one 2nd biz day Fedex. That’s some fine service!
 
whites has always been excellent as well!..i used to
talk to "mary" but i believe she is retired now!

With the amount of issues that I have had I will have to say that they do a first class job trying to please.
 
The best customer service regarding a product is one you should never have to use in the 1st place.
 
Well things do happen and it’s nice when a company stands behind what they they sell.

Absolutely. Seems like this day and age , it's hard to come by. We all know about bad customer service.
