What's going on with these 1968 - S Cents?

Found these 2 in the same roll and thought it was odd that the mint marks look so different. RPM? Also in the same roll was this 1974s looks like maybe a clogged die? Any info would be very helpful. Thanks.

There are a couple good folks on here that may be able to help. DirtyRob and another I think - hopefully they'll chime in when they can.
 
1968. This was the first year since 1955 that the cent or penny was minted at all 3 mint main current mints thats about it mud dauber out
 
No Idea, but there are a lot of knowledgeable people on here someone might have an answer for you. GL Tom
 
I read some remarks from some known experts...calling these normal since a majority of the coins had lots of minor issues.

I do find "skinny" mintmarks from time to time but there doesn't seem to be any interest in them. As for RPM's, I can't really see. Need a 'blown up" area with the date/mark.
