Hi all, I've been thinking about upgrading from my Ace 350, which has been

awesome, to the AT Pro. I mostly do coin/relic hunting but I would like to also

have the option to work around water, and have the benefit of a VDI. For those

that have the AT Pro, and especially if you also have experience with the 350,

what would be the pro's and con's of this switch? (As for the water hunting I

mean in the mid Chesapeake bay area, not in ocean waters)

Yea it sounds like the at pro would be perfect for you. You not only get the fully submersible feature but you also have a machine with ground balancing, proportional audio, and a whole host of other features.

Let me know if you're looking to make a purchase and I'll make sure you get the best deal.

In the water the VDI is almost useless. All Audio is the rule there. The Pro mode of the AT Pro is much deeper and more accurate on targets than the 350. Plus no more annoying bell tone!

Holler with more questions or best deal! I will beat any price out! Thanks, Bart

I went from the 350 to the AT Pro. It is definitely an upgrade. It has better trash seperation in pro mode. Plus with the help of vdi you can many times nail whats under the coil. I found my first silver with the Ace350 and that machine will always have a place in my heart but the pro is alot better...
