Finally found my first little lady!!

So I took a short break at work and went out swinging in the dark. I dug four wheaties, 4 clad dimes, one nickel, 21 copper cents, one large spoon....which I believed in my heart to be silver, but turned out to be stainless. At least it was the deluxe model!

Most happily, I found my First MERC!!! 1936, and silver number three for me!!

Not a bad day at all....not at all.

Tomorrow I have been given permission to hunt a 19th century home....and hope to have more to tell!!!

Crazy bout a Mercury.....Sounds like it should be a country song! How do you guys keep getting breaks from work to go hunt? Wish my job was like that!

Nice silver. I have found 3 so far but I live in Canada so that doesn't help.
And Mercury is the son of Zeus but ya Dude looks like a lady.

That was one of two coins I told myself I wanted to find this year. I have had a surprise or two.... but still maintaining my original goals for this year. Now I need to find my IHC and every thing else will be gravy!

Sweet! I had that feeling tonight. My wife wanted me to hang a picture and instead I went out and hunted my yard and got my first merc. Was really giddy.
