Indiana Supreme Court: Beach shoreline is Public Property

I've been in and out of the hospital a lot lately, so I don't know if this was covered here but this may be of interest to our Indiana members who MD the Lake Michigan shoreline:

Of course, this doesn't mean we can detect the Federal beach west of Michigan City.

Great news for you folks. Michigan is the same way on public lakes including every great lake the shore touches. Folks tried to make the beaches private but they failed here also.

Link is no longer active. Did it discuss anything about opening up the Indiana National Dunes beach? I know you used to not be able to hunt it during the active summer months.

Here it is. All it talks about is the beaches to the high water mark are public property I think.
