I am 150 miles north of houston, and 150 miles south of Dallas. I am about 40 minutes from Shreveport, on the texas-louisiana border.

Me being born and raised in Arkansas, graduating HS in deep SW Arkansas near Texarkana, and living and working in Daingerfield/Lonestar Texas for a period of time...I hardly count anyone as being East Texas if you are not east of a north-south line of Longview. Most of Y'all claimed ET people just don't talk right ;-) Henderson and Marshall would pass.
