Did a little relic hunting today

Found a farmer who gave me permission to hunt his 1 acre garden area. Did not find much but I did manage a buckle, a rossetta, and a button of some kind.I have it soaking in some olive oil now and hope to clean it up a little better

Nice finds! It's nice to switch it up sometimes and hit dirt in addition to sand. That button sure does look military with the stars and what resembles an eagle. I hope it cleans up a little for you.
