Deteknix XP Deus Headphones

Folks if you are looking for an aftermarket set of headphones for your XP Deus, or looking to expand your options with your WS4 headset, I strongly suggest you take serious look at these.

I own both the WS4 and WS5 and can say that these headphones far surpassed my expectations. The sound is spot on, it's super comfortable, and very well made. It is a quality piece of kit. The best thing about it is the design. You will note that the headphone is recessed on the left side where the WS4 puck is installed. When installed it is completely balanced. You don't look like Frankenstein with a bolt sticking out one side of your head. Deteknix really knocked it out of the park with this one....and you can't beat the price!

I had the WS-4's and 5's, hated the shrill sound they produced. I ended up getting the Z-link and use my Jolly Rodgers. Sounds great, clear, sharp. Love that setup

Mine came in Monday and I had a chance to use them today. I am not a fan of the backphones in sound or fit. These however, I can deal with and actually like. I prefer an over the ear phone and these fit nicely. I usually have Black Widows on for hunting and like that they knock out most of the ambient noise. These aren't quite as quiet as the BWs, but do a good job and fit my big head without being overly tight. For the price I am pretty impressed with them.

I just did a big review of all headphones that work with the Deus and rated the Deteknix best overall for sound and comfort. I like them too.

Yes they are by a bit. Not as snug as the Gray Ghosts or Quantum Whispers, however.
