Took advantage of yesterdays BEAUTIFUL weather and went back to my old fair permission. Walked the hotspot in the field at a different angle and was surprised to pop out an 1898O barber dime, 1900 IHP, and my very first 1870's coin being a super duper slick 1875 IHP. Also managed another roundball.
Not pictured are the 12 more .45-70 casings I found. Ive found close to 60 in this field. Why would they have military Springfield trapdoors at a fair? I know the military had no presence there so maybe it was for a shoot?
