I found this short piece of small gauge rail track burred about 2 inches at a moonshine site. It has embossed on it something like W Rail cannot read exactly what letters after the W, looks like an A but not right after the W. At this moonshine site on the banks of a creek in the woods has 3 sheet metal mostly buried cylinders that are about 4 feet in diameter. These were according to local old timers was used to store the grain. The sites are about 1/2 mile from the river or the main road. Also the rail track is bent. What else would they use this for at a moonshine site other than a small railroad bed? My guess is it was used in the construction of the still to maybe hold the boiler above the fire flame.

any other ideas?
