Woodbury Jar

I found a small jar of what appears to be milk glass. It has WOODBURY on the bottom with an 8 above that and what may be an anchor below the name. As near as I can tell it may be a small jar of cold cream but i can't find an exact match. it may still have something in it from the weight but I haven't tried opening it. Does anyone know anything about it or it's age?


I can't get a decent picture of the bottom.
