Found this ring at a house from a house from the 1680's .Its stamped sterling on the inside.

If it's stamped sterling or 925, it's not as old as the homesite!

Sorry, I have no clue on the w and pine tree.

It isn't old, but interesting. Are there any tree farms or ranches around there? Looks like someething they'd use for a logo.

Checked the net and couldn't find one in Mass. with that for a logo.
