Waterbury Button

I recall almost chunking this button...turns out it's gold plated.

"Spectemur Agendo" is the motto under the crest,(had to go buy a magnifying glass to read it)

It's listed under their "fashion" category ....it says they make them with brass backings....mines pretty corroded for brass....they still make them but they go way back as button makers for militaries,fashion and police/fireman etc...so no way to date it....could be anywhere from pre civil war to yesterday.
